摘要
粉煤灰是我国燃煤电厂的主要工业固体废弃物之一,富含大量铝资源。从粉煤灰中提取Al2O3,不仅能减少粉煤灰排放对环境带来的污染,而且能够缓解我国铝土矿资源短缺、品位较低等问题,实现粉煤灰的高附加值利用。文章综述了几种典型的粉煤灰碱法回收氧化铝的工艺,并将其分为烧结法和碱溶法两大类,分析了不同工艺的原理、过程及优缺点,并对不同工艺做了比较分析,提出了未来碱法回收Al2O3的发展方向。
Fly ash is one of the main industrial solid wastes of coal-fired power plants in China, which is rich in a large amount of aluminum resources. Extracting Al 2 O 3 from fly ash can not only reduce the pollution caused by fly ash emissions to the environment, but also alleviate the shortage of bauxite resources and the low grade of bauxite in China, and realize the high value-added utilization of fly ash. Several typical processes for alumina recovery from fly ash by alkali method are summarized in this paper. They are divided into sintering process and alkali dissolution process. The principles, proces ses, advantages and disadvantages of different processes are analyzed, and the comparative analysis of different processes is made. The development direc tion of alkali recovery of A120 3 in the future is put forward.
