摘要
基于工业氧化铝为煅烧原料,结合湿法预处理工艺,采用高效节能回转窑,进行煅烧,生产出的低钠微晶氧化铝,具有产品晶粒均一、形貌完整、成本低的优点,生产的产品氧化钠含量低于0.1%、原晶粒度小于1微米,是生产微晶氧化铝陶瓷、微晶氧化铝磨料的理想原料。
Based on industrial alumina as raw material, low-sodium micro-crystalline alumina with sodium oxide content less than 0.1% and primary crystal size less than 1 micron was produced by pretreating raw material process andcalcining process via high-efficiency and energy-saving rotary kiln. The product has the advantages of uniform crystal size, complete morphology and low cost, so it is the ideal material for producing micro-crystalline alu mina ceramic, micro crystalline aluminum oxide abrasives and so on.
