摘要
为弥补传统的单道脉冲幅度分析器只能测量一个通道信号、体积大、功耗高等不足,设计了一种多路集成的单道脉冲幅度分析系统.采用具有多通道输入的MaPMT芯片进行前端模拟信号处理,使用FPGA进行计数,并通过ARM对系统进行控制和通信.该系统可同时处理高达128路的输入信号,具有精度高、效率高和小型化的特点.
To compensate for the traditional single channel pulse amplitude analyzer’s disadvantages which can only measure one channel signal, large size and high power consumption, a multiple single channel pulse amplitude analysis system is designed. The MAPMT chips with multi-channel inputs are used for front-end analog signal processing, using FPGA to count, and using ARM to control and communicate. The system can process up to 128 input signals simultaneously, analyze and display the measurement results in real time, with characteristics of high precision, high efficiency and small size.
