摘要
在我国"双一流"建设和国际高等教育实践的背景下,复合型人才的培养已经成为高等教育政策和研究中的"核心词"。跨专业研究生具有天然的复合人才培养基础,但从培养和求职应聘的过程来看并未得到应有的支持与鼓励。文章通过对A省26所公立高校人才招聘启事的分析发现,跨专业研究生的培养定位与招聘标准之间存在明显冲突。冲突的影响因素主要包括传统学科专业壁垒、培养机制以及人才选用标准等三个方面。冲突的协调策略也可以从借鉴宽口径学科专业培养的学群制度、完善学科制度的合法性和运行机制的合理性、立足于"复合型(跨学科)人才"重构高校聘用标准等三个方面着眼进行探究,最终形成更富弹性的跨专业研究生培养的"输入-输出"系统。
Under the background of China’s "double first-class" construction and international higher education practice, the cultivation of compound talents has become the "core word" in higher education policy and research. Interdisciplinary postgraduates have a natural basis for training compound talents, but they have not received the support and encouragement they deserve from the process of training and job hunting. Through the analysis of the recruitment announcements of 26 public universities in A province, this study finds that there is a clear conflict between the training orientation of cross-specialty postgraduates and the recruitment criteria. The main factors affecting the conflict include professional barriers of traditional disciplines, training mechanism and talent selection criteria. Conflict coordination strategy can also be explored from the following three aspects: learning from the academic group system of wide-caliber discipline specialty training, perfecting the legitimacy of discipline system and rationality of operation mechanism, and reconstructing the employment standard of Universities Based on "compound(interdisciplinary) talents", so as to form more flexible interdisciplinary postgraduate training "input-output" system.
