摘要
协同发展、跨界融合、产业界限模糊的新产业体系要求职业教育培养具有扎实的技术理论素养、跨学科知识结构体系和较强实践动手能力的复合型人才。这给职业教育的人才培养理念、人才培养模式、人才培养规格和办学模式提出新要求。目前,我国的职业教育存在缺乏职业能力积累的完整体系、专业布局不合理、人才培养模式与实践脱节、人才培养体系欠缺开放性等问题。可以从调整人才培养理念、调整专业结构、打造基于校企深度合作的现代学徒制、建立开放性人才培养体系等方面进行变革,为国家构建新产业结构体系提供优质的人才资源支撑。
The new industrial system with coordinated development, cross-border integration and blurred industrial boundaries requires vocational education to cultivate compound talents with solid technical and theoretical literacy, interdisciplinary knowledge structure system and strong practical ability. This puts forward new requirements for the concept, mode, specifications and mode of vocational education. But at present, there are some problems in vocational education in China, such as lack of a complete system of vocational ability accumulation, unreasonable professional layout, disconnection between talent training mode and practice, and lack of openness in talent training system. We can change the concept of talent cultivation, adjust the professional structure, build a modern apprenticeship system based on deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, and establish an open talent cultivation system to provide high-quality talent resources support for the construction of a new industrial structure system.
