摘要 在学科知识论的主导下,以学科为中心的大学课程设计,管控倾向、效率定位、学科知识割裂、课程传递单向等问题凸显;严重影响了课程育人作用的发挥,不利于一流本科教育背景下大学课程的建设与育人目标的实现。而以学生为中心的一流大学课程,以自由选择为基本原则,将自由选择作为一流大学课程设计的基础,充分发挥自由选择的价值引导作用,充分发挥一流大学课程的传递作用,建立以学生为中心的一流大学课程,是现代大学课程建设计价值理性的回归,是履行和完善大学人才培养职能的重要保障,是彰显保障学生权力的实质表现,是执行和落实高等教育全面发展观的具体举措。一流大学课程是一流本科教育的基础与关键,立足一流本科教育人才培养目标的实现,高校需要将自由选择融入一流大学课程建设中,满足学生的课程建设参与需求,发挥学生课程建设的主体作用;确定价值导向的课程建设理念,满足学生多元化自由发展诉求;打破学科知识封闭割裂的现实,促进学科课程共享的基本实现;落实学生评价大学课程的权力,促进优质大学课程的整体提升。 Under the guidance of discipline knowledge theory, the problems of discipline-centered university curriculum design, such as the tendency of management and control, the orientation of efficiency, the separation of discipline knowledge and the one-way transmission of curriculum, are prominent, which seriously affects the role of curriculum education and is not conducive to the construction of university curriculum and the realization of the goal of Education under the background of first-class undergraduate education. Student-centered first-class university curriculum, based on the basic principle of free choice, regards free choice as the basis of first-class university curriculum design, gives full play to the value guiding role of free choice, gives full play to the transmission role of first-class university curriculum, and establishes first-class university curriculum centered on students, which is the return of rationality of construction design value;which is an important guarantee for fulfilling and perfecting the function of cultivating university talents;which is an essential manifestation of guaranteeing students’ rights, and a concrete measure to implement and implement the concept of overall development of higher education. First-class university curriculum is the foundation and key of first-class undergraduate education. Based on the realization of the goal of training talents in first-class undergraduate education, universities need to integrate free choice into the construction of first-class university curriculum, meet the needs of students’ participation in curriculum construction, give full play to the main role of students’ curriculum construction, and determine the value-oriented Curriculum construction. Ideas should be set up to satisfy students’ demands for diversified and free development;break the reality of closed and fragmented subject knowledge, promote the basic realization of subject curriculum sharing;implement students’ right to evaluate university curriculum, and promote the overall upgrading of high-quality university curriculum.
