摘要
通过比较DM40密度计与手工氯化钡滴定两种方法测定同一液碱样品的浓度误差,论证了DM40密度计用于准确测定液碱浓度的可行性。解决了液碱浓度分析耗时、耗力及存在的安全隐患等问题,提高了人员工作效率和质量,为生产过程控制及稳定运行提供了可靠的数据支撑。
The concentration error of a same liquid alkali sample determined by DM40 densitometer and by manual barium chloride titration is compared, and the feasibility of using DM40 densitometer to determine the concentration of liquid alkali is demonstrated. DM40 densitometer solves the problems of requiring much time and effort and potential safety hazards in the analysis of liquid alkali concentration, improves the working efficiency and quality of the personnel, and provides reliable data support for the control and stable operation of the production process.
