摘要
设计了一种带配重的缓冲挡板装置,在直接承力的挡板与固定件之间设置弹簧,并利用杠杆平衡原理在平衡梁的另一侧设置配重块。应用这一装置,可以有效消除外部撞击力与冲击功的作用,保护挡板和设备,并且装置结构简单,施工量小,免维护。
A buffer stop device with counterweight was designed. A spring is arranged between the directly bearing stop plate and the fixing member, and a weight is arranged on the other side of the balance beam according to the lever balance principle. By using this device, the external impact force and the impact work can be effectively eliminated, so the stop plate and the equipment are protected, and the device is simple in structure and free in maintenance, and it needs a small amount of construction.
