摘要
论述了煤矿运输机的工作原理,分析了传统带式煤矿运输机运行中存在的问题。针对存在的问题,从变频器、可编程序控制器、煤仓料位计、皮带秤等方面介绍了煤矿运输机的节能技术,同时展望了煤矿运输机的结构设计发展方向。
The working principle of coal mine conveyer was discussed,and the problem sexisting in the operation of traditional coal mine belt conveyer were analyzed.In view of the existing problems,the energy-saving technology of coal mine conveyer was introduced from the aspects of frequency converter,programmable controller,coal bin level gauge and conveyer scale,and in the meantime the trend of structural design of coal mine conveyer was also prospected.
