达拉特旗某社区2型糖尿病居民视网膜病变的相关因素分析

Analysis of Retinopathy Related Factors in Type 2 Diabetic Residents in a Community of Dalat Banner

目的分析内蒙古达拉特旗某社区2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变发生的相关危险因素。方法2018年6-12月招募达拉特旗地区某社区2型糖尿病患者,进行眼部及全身检査,包括视力、眼底改变情况,并收集患者一般情况及实验室相关检查资料。结果共有351例2型糖尿病患者接受检查,其中患有视网膜病变者共89例(25.4%)。回归分析结果显示,糖尿病病程、收缩压、空腹血糖与视网膜病变的发生密切相关(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者应控制相关因素,并常规进行眼科检查,及早发现、及早处理可能出现的糖尿病视网膜病变。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of type 2 diabetic retinopathy in a community of Dalat Banner, Inner Mongolia. Methods From June to December 2018, the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a community in Dalat Banner were recruited for eye and systemic examinations, including visual acuity and fundus changes, and general information of patients and laboratory examinations were collected. Results A total of 351 patients with type 2 diabetes were examined, of which 89 (25.4%) had retinopathy. Regression analysis showed that the course of diabetes, systolic blood pressure and fasting blood sugar were closely related to the occurrence of retinopathy (P < 0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients should control the relevant factors, keep routine ophthalmological examination, and early detect and early treat possible diabetic retinopathy.
