经皮肾镜与经输尿管软镜狄激光碎石术治疗肾结石的效果分析 被引量:2

Clinical Effect of Percutaneous Nephroscope Ultrasonic Lithotripsy and Flexible Ureteroscopy Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Renal Calculi

摘要 目的探讨经皮肾镜与经输尿管软镜狄激光碎石术治疗肾结石的效果。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月丹东市中心医院泌尿外科收治的70例肾结石患者,根据治疗术式的不同分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组以经皮肾镜为入路、观察组以输尿管软镜为入路,分别在镜下行狄激光碎石治疗。对比两组围手术期相关指标、治疗效果和手术并发症。结果观察组住院时间、术中出血量、手术时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前术后血肌酐水平,及结石清除率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾镜与经输尿管软镜碎石术治疗肾结石的效果相当,但经输尿管软镜的并发症相对更少,二者各具优势,两种术式均能够获得满意的肾结石清除效果,临床应根据患者自身条件合理选择治疗方案。 Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 70 cases of renal calculi were divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group according to different treatment methods. The control group underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy and the observation group underwent flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy. The stone clearance rate and surgical complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in stone clearance rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). The incidence of operative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy and flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy have the same effect in the treatment of renal calculi, but the complications of flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy are relatively less. Both methods have their advantages. Both methods can achieve satisfactory results in the removal of renal calculi. Clinical treatment should be selected according to patients’own conditions.
