The Development History and Achievements of Health Industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the Past 70 Years

以国家经济社会发展的阶段性为基本分析框架,将内蒙古自治区卫生事业划分为三大发展阶段,通过不同发展阶段的历史比较,回顾内蒙古自治区卫生事业发展历程,总结内蒙古自治区70年卫生事业发展成就。经过70年三阶段发展,内蒙古自治区卫生事业取得了巨大的发展成就,重点包括:配置了比较雄厚的卫生资源,建成了比较完整的卫生服务体系,建立了比较完善的基本医疗卫生制度,医疗卫生服务能力、服务质量及其管理能力明显增强;人民群众看病就医的公平性、可及性、便利性和健康水平明显改善;卫生事业对经济社会发展的促进作用日益显现。

Taking the stage of national economic and social development as the basic analysis framework, the health service in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was divided into three development stages. Through the historical comparison of different development stages, the history of health development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was reviewed, and the achievements of health service development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for 70 years were summarized. After 70 years of three-stage development, the health service in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region had made tremendous development achievements. It deployed relatively rich health resources, built a relatively completed health service system, and established a relatively completed basic medical and health system. The health service capacity, service quality and management capacity were significantly enhanced;the health service equity, accessibility, convenience and people's health were markedly improved;the role of health services in promoting economic and social development become increasingly apparent.
