产业基金对产业升级的启动与加速机制研究——基于省际面板数据PVAR模型的异质性分析

Research on the Starting and Accelerating Mechanism of Industrial Fund for Industrial Upgrading ——Heterogeneity Analysis of PVAR Model Based on Interprovincial Panel Data

以省际面板数据为依据,运用PVAR模型对产业基金与产业升级之间的动态作用机制进行实证研究。结果表明:产业基金对产业升级不具有启动机制但具有加速机制,而产业结构高级化又对产业基金形成吸引效应。进一步研究得出,产业基金的适用具有区域异质性:产业落后地区不适宜设立或引入产业基金,但在产业高级化区域适用产业基金加速产业升级发展。

Based on the provincial panel data,this paper uses the PVAR model to empirically study the dynamic mechanism between industrial funds and industrial upgrading.Results show that the industrial fund does not have a start-up mechanism for industrial upgrading but has an acceleration mechanism,and the industrial structure is advanced and has an attractive effect on the industrial fund.Further research shows that the application of industrial funds has regional heterogeneity,that is to say:industrial backward areas are not suitable for setting up or introducing industrial funds,but industrial funds are applied to accelerate the upgrading and development in industrial advanced areas.
