摘要
为阐明上下级关系对领导行为有效性的作用机制,建立了一个基于对偶关系的中介模型。模型的分析框架中,上下级关系由LMX和LMG两个维度构成,领导行为分为任务型和关系型,下属行为分为绩效行为和逢迎行为。模型阐明了领导行为影响下属行为时,LMG和LMX的交互作用机制:任务型领导行为通过LMX促进下属绩效行为,LMG起正向调节作用;关系型领导行为通过LMG促进下属逢迎行为,LMX起正向调节作用。
In order to clarify the SSR'S mechanism of the leadership effectiveness,this paper establishes a mediation model based on dyadic relationship.In the analysis framework,SSR is composed of LMX and LMG;Leadership behavior is divided into task-based and relation-based;subordinate behavior is divided into performance and ingratiatory.The model illustrates the interaction mechanisms:task-based leader behavior promotes subordinates'performance through LMX,and LMG plays a positive moderating role;relationship-based leader behavior promotes subordinates'ingratiatory through LMG,and LMX plays a positive moderating role.
