摘要
通过对现有文献的梳理,将研发网络结构分为网络范围、网络密度与网络中心度三个维度,进一步考虑到外部环境的动荡性,引入环境动荡性作为调节变量,探讨动荡环境下研发网络结构对风险传播的影响。在此基础上建立网络结构、风险传播及环境动荡性三者之间的理论模型并提出相关假设,通过问卷调查收集数据进行分析和实证检验。结果显示:网络范围与风险传播之间正相关,网络密度与风险传播呈倒U型关系,网络中心度与风险传播正相关。同时,技术动荡性正向调节网络范围、网络密度与风险传播之间的关系;市场动荡性正向调节网络范围、网络密度与风险传播之间的关系。
By sorting out the existing literature,this paper divides R&D network structure into three dimensions:network range,network density and network centrality.Considering the turbulence of the external environment,it introduces environment turbulence as a regulating variable to discuss the R&D network structure’s impact on risk propagation under the effect of the turbulent environment.It establishes the theoretical model of the R&D network structure,risk propagation and environment turbulence and puts forward the hypothesis about the correlation of them according to the existing theoretical basis.Then,it analyzes the collected data to complete the empirical test.Eventually,it gets these conclusions:Network range has positive impact on the risk propagation;Network density has inverted u-shaped effect on risk propagation;Network centrality has positive impact on risk propagation;Technology environment turbulence positively regulate the relationship between network range and risk propagation and the relationship between network density and risk propagation;Market environment turbulence positively regulate the relationship between network range and risk propagation and the relationship between network density and risk propagation.
