成组责任制护理模式在儿科病房的实践

目的探讨成组责任制护理模式在儿科病房的实践及应用效果。方法通过选拔责任组长,建立护士长-责任组长-责任护士-助理护士为整体框架的护理人员组织体系,明确岗位职责,采用分组排班,相对固定组员及分管床位,由责任组长带领本组成员共同完成管理患者。结果确保了护理的整体性与连续性,实施后各项护理质量评价指标、患者满意率及护士价值感均显著提高,护士的专业技能及管理能力提升,团队协作意识增强。结论成组责任制护理模式充分调动了各层级护理人员的积极性,发挥了团队作用,提高了护理质量,确保了患者安全,也保证了护理人才梯队建设的持续性和稳定性,促进了学科发展。

Objective To explore the practice and application effect of group responsibility nursing model in pediatric ward. Methods Through the selection of responsibility group leader, establish the head nurse - responsibility group leader - responsibility nurse assistant nurse as the overall framework of the nursing staff organization system, clear job responsibilities.Group scheduling was adopted, relatively fixed group members and beds were in charge, and the group leader led the group members to complete the management of patients. Results After the implementation of various nursing quality evaluation indexes, the satisfaction rate of patients and the sense of value of nurses were significantly improved, the professional skills and management ability of nurses were improved, and the sense of teamwork was enhanced. Conclusions Group responsibility system nursing model fully mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff at all levels, play a team role, improve the quality of nursing, ensure the safety of patients, also ensure the continuity and stability of the construction of nursing talent echelon, promote the development of the discipline.
