关节镜下盘状半月板切除术后下肢力线的早期改变情况分析

Early changes of lower limb force line after arthroscopic discoid meniscectomy

目的:分析关节镜下盘状半月板切除术后下肢力线的早期改变情况.方法:收集我院收治的60例盘状半月板患者,分为A组(盘状半月板部分切除成形),B组(盘状半月板次全切除成形)、C组(盘状半月板全部切除)3组,每组各20例,分别对3组患者术前、术后双下肢全长负重位进行X线片拍摄.结果:术后,3组患者机械轴偏移、股胫角、外侧关节间隙均存在明显差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对患者实施关节镜下盘状半月板切除术后患者下肢力线也会出现相应改变,出现膝外翻增加和膝内翻减轻情况,半月板切除量不同,下肢力线改变情况也会存在相应差异.

Objective:To analyze the early changes of lower limb force line after arthroscopic discoid meniscectomy.Methods:60 patients with discoid meniscus were divided into three groups:group A (partial discoid meniscus resection and forming),group B (subtotal discoid meniscus resection and forming),and group C (total discoid meniscus resection) with 20 patients in each group.X-ray films were taken before and after the operation of the three groups.Results:After operation,there were significant differences in mechanical axis deviation,femoral tibial angle and lateral joint space among the three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:After arthroscopic discoid meniscectomy,the lower limb force line of patients will change accordingly,with the increase of genu valgus and the decrease of genu varus.The amount of meniscectomy was different,and the change of lower limb force line will also had corresponding differences.
