膝关节辅助康复仪在膝关节僵硬患者中的应用及护理措施研究

Study on the Application and Nursing Measures of Knee Rehabilitation Instrument in Patients with Knee joint Stiffness

目的:观察膝关节辅助康复仪在膝关节僵硬患者中的应用效果及其护理应用价值.方法:随机选取2013年1月-2018年12月我院接收的40例膝关节僵硬患者,采用随机数字表法,将所有患者平均归纳为观察组和对照组,各20例.对照组为常规按摩及护理,观察组为膝关节辅助康复仪及护理.结果:2组护理前疼痛、膝关节功能评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组护理后疼痛、膝关节功能评分对比差异显著(P<0.05).2组护理后生活质量评分的比较,差异显著(P<0.05).2组护理满意度比较,差异显著(P<0.05).结论:膝关节辅助康复仪可缓解膝关节僵硬患者的疼痛感,改善患者的膝关节功能和生活质量,提高患者对护理人员工作的满意度,具有显著的应用价值,可在临床中推广应用.

Objective : To observe the application effect of assisted knee rehabilitation instrument in patients with knee stiffness, and its nursing value. Methods: 40 cases of patients with knee joint stiffness admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were randomly selected. The random number table method was used to average all patients into the observation group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine massage and nursing, and the observation group received assisted knee rehabilitation instrument and nursing. Results: there was no statistical significance in the scores of pain and knee function before nursing between the two groups (P>0.05). The scores of pain and knee function after nursing were significantly different between the two groups ( P<0.05 ). The scores of life quality after nursing were significantly different between the two groups ( P<0.05). There was a significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: knee assisted rehabilitation instrument can alleviate the pain of patients with knee joint stiffness, improve the patients "knee joint function and quality of life, improve the patients"satisfaction with the work of nursing staff, with significant application value, which can be promoted in clinical application.
