国际比较视域下中国经济模式与中美贸易争端研究

Research on China’s Economic Model in the International Compared View and Sino-US Trade Conflict

美国对华挑起贸易争端的基本逻辑是认为中国经济模式是贸易“破坏性”的发展模式,然而本文通过对比分析世界上主要的经济发展模式,揭示出中国经济模式是具有理论普遍性、符合人类发展规律,同时又具有自身独特性和生命力的发展模式。中国社会主义市场经济就是西方最早提出的“混合经济”模式,和法国模式最相近,但是和法德模式、英美模式、日本模式等又有着根本区别。中国混合经济模式中,政府并不是对市场功能的抑制,是互补关系而非替代关系,这也是揭示中国经济增长之谜的关键。中国将以更加开放的姿态解决贸易争端,更为重要的是让世界了解和理解中国经济模式的本质。

The basic logic of trade conflict triggered by US to China is regarding China economic model as one with trade destructiveness. However, through comparing with main economic development models in the world, research founds that China economic model not only has theoretical universality and meets human development law, but also has specialty and vitality. China’s socialism market economy is “ mixed economy” firstly pointed out by western countries, which is very close to French model. But China economic model has fundamental differences from French and Germany, British and U S, as well as Japan model. In the mixed economy in China, government is not a restrain for market function. The relationship between government and market is complementary instead of substitute. China will resolve the trade conflict in a more open attitude and let the world understand the essence of China economic model.
