丁苯酞注射液对急性脑梗死患者血管新生及氧化应激反应的影响

Effects of butylphthalide injection on angiogenesis and oxidative stress in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨丁苯酞注射液治疗对急性脑梗死患者血管新生及氧化应激反应的调节效果。方法回顾性分析2016年2月至2018年9月在大同市第五人民医院接受治疗的128例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,依据临床用药方案将患者分为对照组(常规药物治疗,64例)与观察组(丁苯酞注射液,64例)。比较两组血管新生指标[基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)]与氧化应激反应指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]。结果治疗后,观察组MMP-2、MMP-9与VEGF均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组MDA水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者于常规治疗基础上经丁苯酞注射液治疗,可有效促进血管新生,利于控制氧化应激反应。

Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of butylphthalide injection on angiogenesis and oxidative stress in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 128 patient with acute cerebral infarction treated in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Datong from February 2016 to September 2018. And patients were divided into control group (routine drug treatment, 64 cases) and observation group (butyl phthalide injection, 64 cases), according to the clinical regimens. The indicators of angiogenesis, including matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9), and vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF) and oxidative stress reaction indicators, such as malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, MMP-2, MMP-9 and VEGF in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). MDA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but SOD level was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Butylphthalide injection on the basis of routine treatment can effectively promote angiogenesis and control oxidative stress of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
