利培酮联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果

Efficacy and safety of risperidone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的探讨利培酮联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的效果.方法选取2016年6月至2018年1月山西省大同市第六人民医院进行治疗的60例精神分裂症患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组.对照组30例单独使用利培酮治疗;观察组30例在此基础上联合使用奥氮平治疗.结果观察组总有效率(100.00%)与对照组(86.67%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者阳性症状评分、阳性症状评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者临床记忆量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05).结论利培酮联合奥氮平能够有效改善精神分裂症患者的临床症状及认知功能,且安全性良好,其应用效果明显优于利培酮单独治疗.

Objective To observer the efficacy of risperidone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Sixty patients with schizophrenia who were treated in the Sixth People's Hospital of Datong from June 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. Thirty patients in the control group were treated with risperidone alone;and thirty patients in the observation group were treated with olanzapine on this basis. Results The total effective rate in the observation group (100. 00%) was higher than that in the control group (86. 67%), and the difference was significant (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in the positive symptom score or the positive symptom score between the two groups ( P >0. 05 ). The clinical memory scale score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P>0. 05 ). Conclusions The combination of risperidone and olanzapine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia, and the safety is good. The application effect is more remarkable that risperidone alone treatment.
