微螺钉种植体支抗在正畸应用中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 正畸从矫治方案的设计到实施,全程均需要考虑支抗设计和控制,支抗是畸形矫治成功的关键因素.微螺钉种植体支抗作为一种高效的支抗控制手段,被广泛应用于临床各种错牙合畸形的矫治,其力学性能、稳定性、临床疗效等方面一直是临床上的研究热点.随着矫治技术的发展,微螺钉种植体支抗结合隐形矫治器的应用效果前景良好. In the design and implementation of the orthodontic treatment, the design and control of the anchorage should be considered throughout the whole process. The anchorage is the key factor for the successful treatment of the orthodontic treatment. As a kind of high-efficiency anchorage control method, micro-screw implant anchorage is widely used in the treatment of various malocclusions in clinical practice. Its mechanical properties, stability and clinical efficacy have always been clinical hotspots. With the development of orthodontic technology, the application effect of micro-screw implant anchorage combined with invisible appliance is promising.
