信息分类编码标准知识服务平台研究与设计

Study and Design of the Knowledge Service Platform for Information Classification and Coding Standards

信息分类编码标准是简化信息交换,实现信息处理和信息资源共享的基础和信息保障。近年来,各行业对于信息分类编码标准的需求日益增长,现有以数据共享为主的标准服务方式已不能很好地满足要求。本文提出了基于知识元的标准知识服务模型,依托信息分类编码标准知识服务平台对标准数据进行深加工,实现标准的知识萃取,从而将标准共享服务方式由数据共享转变为知识共享,更好地提升信息分类编码标准的研究和服务水平。

Information classification and coding standards serve as the basis and information guarantee for simplifying information exchange,information processing and information resource sharing.In recent years,the demand for information classification and coding standards has been increasing in various industries,meanwhile existing standard services based on data sharing can not meet the requirements well.This paper proposes a standard knowledge service model based on knowledge element,which can further process the standard data by relying on the standard knowledge service platform of information classification and coding,and realize the standard knowledge extraction,thus transforming the standard sharing service mode from data sharing to knowledge sharing,and improving the research and service level of information classification and coding standards.
