摘要
技术标准在提高企业生产效率、确保质量、降低成本、规范管理、提高市场竞争力等方面的作用日益凸显。现有的标准信息系统大多能够实现标准的题录检索、全文下载与有效性跟踪,但在标准内容的深度挖掘方面还存在不足,信息新技术对标准化工作的支撑力度比较薄弱。在此背景下,以文本挖掘技术和智能全文检索技术为核心构建了一种电力标准智能挖掘系统,揭示各标准信息之间、各知识元之间的显式关联关系和隐性关联关系,实现了全文切词、自动摘要、关联挖掘、关键词挖掘等核心功能,为后续开展标准指标比对分析、智能关联、精准推送等深层次服务奠定了基础。
Technical standards play an important role in improving production efficiency,ensuring quality,reducing costs,standardizing management,and improving market competitiveness of an enterprise.Most of the existing standard information systems can achieve standard bibliographic retrieval,full-text downloading and effectiveness tracking.However,there are still some shortcomings in the deep mining of standard content,and information technology is less supportive for standardization work.In this context,an intelligent power standard mining system is constructed based on the text mining technology and intelligent full-text retrieval technology,which reveals the explicit association and implicit association between standard information and knowledge elem ent.The core functions such as full-text word segm entation,automatic sum m arization,association mining,and keyword mining are im plem ented,which lays the foundation for the subsequent deep-level services such as comparison of standard indicators,intelligent association,and precision push.
