免疫球蛋白及补体在煤工尘肺中的含量及作用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究煤工尘肺患者血清的免疫球蛋白及补体的含量变化,为煤工尘肺病的诊断、分期以及防治工作提供帮助.方法:根据《职业性尘肺病的诊断》(GBZ70-2015)诊断标准选取湖南省职业病防治院300例不同期别的煤工尘肺病人以及健康体检者100例.检测血清中的免疫球蛋白和补体的含量.结果:煤工尘肺病人组与对照组相比,煤工尘肺患者血清中的免疫球蛋白,尤其是IgG和IgA的含量升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05), IgG和IgA之间存在正相关且IgG和IgA随着年龄的增加而增高,IgG与患病时间呈正相关,煤工尘肺组补体C4、C3含量有低于对照组的趋势,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:煤工尘肺患者血清中存在体液免疫功能亢进,免疫球蛋白含量升高,尤其是IgG和IgA的含量升高对煤工尘肺患者临床诊断、分期、预后以及煤工尘肺发病机制的探讨有一定的意义. Objective: To study the changes of serum immunoglobulin and complement in patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis and to provide assistance for the diagnosis, staging and prevention of Coal Worker Pneumoconiosis. Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of Occupational Pneumoconiosis (GBZ70-2015), 300 cases of coal workers'pneumoconiosis patients and 100 healthy people were selected from the Hunan Prevention and Treatment Center for Occupational Diseases. The levels of immunoglobulin and complement in the serum were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of immunoglobulins, especially IgG and IgA, were significantly higher in the serum of patients with coal workers'pneumoconiosis (P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between IgG and IgA with age of the patients, furthermore, IgG was positively correlated with disease duration time, the contents of complement C4 and C3 in the coal worker's pneumoconiosis group were lower than those in the control group but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: There are humoral immune function and elevated levels of immunoglobulin in the serum of coal worker's pneumoconiosis patients.The levels of immunoglobulin, especially the elevated levels of IgG and IgA, have a certain significance for the clinical diagnosis, staging, prognosis and the pathogenesis of coal worker's pneumoconiosis pneumoconiosis patients are certain.
