青少年社交网络使用对社交焦虑的影响:线上积极反馈与自尊的链式中介 被引量:10

The Effect of Adolescents’ Social Networking on Social Anxiety: The Mediating Role of Online Positive Feedback and Self-Esteem

摘要 为探讨青少年社交网络使用强度、线上积极反馈、自尊与社交焦虑的关系.采用社交网络使用强度问卷、社交网络积极反馈问卷、整体自尊量表和社交焦虑问卷对1804名中学生进行调查.结果发现,社交网络使用强度、线上积极反馈、自尊和社交焦虑各变量间均呈显著相关;社交网络使用强度对社交焦虑有直接负向预测作用,而且社交网络使用强度还能通过积极反馈的独立中介以及线上积极反馈和自尊的链式中介影响社交焦虑.因此,积极的在线互动有利于青少年在社会交往中感知到积极的线上反馈和提高自尊意识,抑制个体在社会交往中产生的社交焦虑,促进青少年社会心理适应性的健康发展. This survey was conducted to investigate the relationship between adolescents’ social network intensity, online positive feedback, self-esteem and social anxiety, in which the Social Network Intensity Questionnaire, Social Network Positive Feedback Questionnaire, Self-Esteem Scale and Communication Anxiety Scale were administered to 1804 middle school students. Data were collected and analyzed with SPSS 22.0, and the bias-corrected percentile bootstrap method was used to analyze the mediating roles of online positive feedback and self-esteem between social network use and social anxiety. The results suggested that social network intensity, online positive feedback, self-esteem, and social anxiety were significantly correlated. Social network intensity, online positive feedback, and self-esteem all had a direct negative predictive effect on social anxiety, and social network intensity could also affect social anxiety indirectly in two ways: through the independent mediation of online positive feedback, and through the chain mediation of online positive feedback and self-esteem. Therefore, active online interaction can help adolescents perceive positive online feedback and improve self-esteem in social interaction, inhibit social anxiety, and promote the development of social and psychological adaptability.
