摘要
为了降低研发成本,提高系统的稳定性和灵活性,设计了由单片机、专用步进电机驱动芯片构成的车载升降系统.该系统主要采用了C8051F500微控制器、TMC5160步进电机驱动芯片.系统具有256细分的高精度步进,并具有电机过载检测、堵转报警等功能.测试结果表明,该控制系统达到了预期的设计效果和要求.
In order to reduce the cost of research and improve the stability and flexibility of the system, a vehicle lifting system consisting of a MCU and a dedicated stepping motor driver chip is designed. The system mainly uses C8051F500 microcontroller and TMC5160 stepper motor driver chip. The system has 256 subdivision high precision step, and has the functions of motor overload detection, stop-up alarm functions. The test results show that the designed control system achieves the expected design effect and requirements.
