摘要
为使某航空发动机转子过盈止口热装到位,需要选择合适的预紧压力.利用有限元分析方法,对过盈止口进行稳态、瞬态热分析及瞬态动力学分析,获得了止口温度场、接触压力及摩擦力随时间的精确变化趋势,为合理选择过盈止口热装压紧力提供参考依据.
In order to make the aeroengine rotor interference spigot with heating assembly correctly, it is necessary to select the appropriate pressing force. By using the finite element method, the steady, transient thermal and dynamic analysis of the interference spigot are carried out, and the precise change trend of the temperature field, contact pressure and friction force in time domain are obtained, the results provide a reference for the reasonable selection of the interference spigot pressing force.
