摘要
利用软件CFX对直通型篦齿的内部流动进行模拟,研究了直通型篦齿齿距、转速对其泄漏量的影响.计算结果表明:篦齿泄漏量随齿距的增大而减少,篦齿转速对篦齿泄漏量的影响很小.另外,本文提出一种变齿距直通型篦齿,研究变齿距对篦齿泄漏量的影响,并对变齿距齿形所处位置对泄漏量的影响进行研究.
The internal flow of a straight labyrinth seal was simulated by CFX Program. The influences of some labyrinth seal parameters on its leakage are investigated, including the distance of the tooth and the rotational speed of the labyrinth seal. The results show that the leakage reduces along with the increase of the tooth distance;the rotational speed only had little influence on the leakage. A type of labyrinth seal which has variable tooth distance to study how variable tooth distance influences the leakage was proposed. The influence of the variable distance location on the leakage was investigated.
