从跨文化角度探究中国企业国际化进程中的人力资源管理策略 被引量:3

摘要 经济全球化的不断深入对中国企业参与到国际竞争和制定发展战略都提出了新的要求,其中急需解决的难题之一就是跨文化人力资源管理。不同国家和地区间巨大的文化差异直接影响了员工的行为方式和工作方式,若处理不当,则会直接导致企业工作效率低下并造成运行成本的增加。从中国企业的跨文化人力资源管理现状入手,对中西方管理方式的差异及背后的原因进行对比分析,找出中国企业在跨文化人力资源管理等方面的不足,从培养跨文化意识,进行本土化管理,完善员工激励政策等角度提出对策建议,以期促进中国企业国际化进程顺利开展。 Economic globalization has made Chinese enterprises inevitably participate in international competition,and has also put forward new requirements for the formulation of their development strategies. One of the urgent problems to be solved is cross-cultural human resource management. The cultural differences between different countries and regions directly affect the employees’ behaviors and working methods. If not handled properly,it will directly lead to low working efficiency and high operating costs. Starting from the current situation of Chinese enterprises,based on interviews and a large number of articles,the differences between Chinese and Western management methods and the reasons behind them are compared and analyzed to find out the shortcomings of Chinese enterprises in cross-cultural human resource management to provide practical suggestions for their development to make sure the long-term healthy development.
