Study on Optimizing Business Environment in Heilongjiang Province

企业是国民经济的基础,其发展受到内外部多方面因素的影响,政府应为企业营造良好的外部发展环境,以促进企业顺利经营,从而带动地区和国家经济发展。近年来,黑龙江省不断改善营商环境,营商环境的指标数据逐渐向好。但也存在税外收费过重、行政干预过度、企业融资困难等阻碍企业经营的问题,政府应进一步增强涉企收费的透明度、完善市场准入机制、加大金融扶持力度,以优化黑龙江省营商环境,促进地区经济发展。

Enterprises are the foundation of the national economy. Their development is influenced by many factors both inside and outside. The government should create a good external development environment for enterprises to promote the smooth operation of enterprises so as to promote regional and national economic development. In recent years,Heilongjiang Province has continuously improved its business environment,and the index data of business environment has gradually improved. However,there are also some problems that hinder the operation of enterprises,such as excessive extra-tax charges,excessive administrative intervention and financing difficulties. The government should further enhance the transparency of fees for enterprises,improve the market access mechanism and increase financial support to optimize the business environment of Heilongjiang Province and promote regional economic development.
