通过构建高质量发展评价指标体系,对贵阳市2009-2018年的经济发展质量进行评价,发现贵阳市推动经济高质量发展成效显著,高质量发展综合指数从2009年的35. 4提升到2018年66. 47,年均增长6. 5%。创新、协调、绿色、共享提升较大,体现了经济发展数量和质量的统一。但是开放性是目前贵阳经济高质量发展的最大短板,共享性和协调性仍需继续提升。

By constructing a high - quality development evaluation index system,we evaluated the economic development quality of Guiyang City in 2009 - 2018,and found that Guiyang City has achieved remarkable results in promoting high - quality economic development. The comprehensive index of high - quality development has increased from 35. 4 in 2009 to 66. 47 in 2018. The average annual growth rate is 6. 5%. Innovation,coordination,green,and sharing have been greatly enhanced,reflecting the unification of the quantity and quality of economic development. However,openness is currently the biggest shortcoming of the high - quality development of Guiyang’s economy, and sharing and coordination still need to continue to improve.
