Research on the Development Status of Cross-border E-Commerce Human Resources in Shandong Province

山东省跨境电子商务产业发展迅速,急需大量跨境电子商务相关人才。山东省高校和职业院校通过在相关专业校企合作共建跨境电子商务方向等方式,培养相关人才,同时政府部门组织开展"跨境电商进万企"专项培训,多层次培养跨境电子商务人才,为山东省传统外贸转型升级和跨境电子商务快速发展提供人才支撑。

With the rapid development of Cross-border E-Commerce in Shandong Province,there’s a great demand of Cross-border E-Commerce Human Resources. The universities and vocational colleges cultivate talents by cooperation between school and enterprise in related majors. Meanwhile,governments organize special training programs to train Cross-border E-commerce talents at multiple levels. All these efforts provide talents supporting for the transformation and upgrading of traditional foreign trade and the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in Shandong Province.
