摘要
目的:航天伺服涡轮泵密封材料中机械用碳材料的国产化。方法:机械用碳材料生产研发,材料性能试验研究。结果:一元法生产的国产机械用碳材料具有优秀的机械性能,摩擦性能,耐高温,耐腐蚀等性能。结论:结合实验数据,证明了改进生产研发的国产机械用碳材料的性能特性能够达到航天伺服涡轮泵要求,可替代国外同类进口产品。
Objective: To localize carbon materials for mechanical use in aerospace servo turbopump sealing materials. METHODS: Carbon materials for machinery were developed and their properties were tested. Result: Domestic carbon materials produced by oneway process have excellent mechanical properties, friction properties, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties. conclusion: Combining with the experimental data, it is proved that the performance characteristics of domestic carbon materials for machinery can meet the requirements of aerospace servo turbopump and can replace the imported products of the same kind abroad.
