痔上黏膜多点结扎治疗脱垂性痔病肛垫下移的疗效分析

目的探讨痔上黏膜多点结扎治疗脱垂性痔病肛垫下移的疗效.方法回顾性分析2015年7月至2017年4月38例接受痔上黏膜多点结扎治疗患者(A组)的临床资料.选取同期接受痔上黏膜套扎(B组)患者47例、内痔胶圈套扎患者(C组)82例进行对照.结果痔上黏膜多点结扎临床应用安全,与痔上黏膜套扎法、内痔胶圈套扎法比较,治愈率明显增加.结论痔上黏膜多点结扎是一种安全性好,能有效减轻脱垂性痔病脱出症状的治疗方法.

Objectives To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of rectal mucosal multipoint ligation for patients with prolapse hemorrhoids. Methods The clinical data of 38 patients treated by rectal mucosal multipoint ligation from July 2015 to April 2017 were reviewed and summarized. 47 cases treated by rectal mucosa multipoint rubber band ligation and 82 cases treated by traditional rubber band ligation in the same period were compared. Results The clinical application of rectal mucosa multipoint ligation was safe. Compared with rectal mucosa multipoint rubber band ligation and traditional rubber band ligation,the cure rate was obviously increased. Conclusion Rectal mucosa multipoint ligation is a safe and effective method to reduce the symptoms of prolapse hemorrhoids.
