摘要
目的探讨血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平早期诊断卵巢早衰的应用价值.方法选取妇产科门诊就诊的患者77例,分为4组:对照组(CTL)22例、早期卵巢早衰组(IOF)18例、过渡性卵巢早衰组(TOF)19例和卵巢早衰组(POF)18例.采用贝克曼DXI800发光免疫分析仪检测血清中AMH的水平.结果与CTL相比,IOF,TOF和POF血清AMH水平均显著性降低,且AMH水平与卵巢早衰的发展密切相关,即CTL>IOF>TOF>POF,差异有统计学意义.此外,在CTL,IOF和TOF组中,年龄越大,AMH水平越低.结论女性血清内AMH的水平可能作为早期诊断卵巢早衰的临床指标,在完全绝经前作出诊断并及时给予早期治疗.
Objective To study the clinical value of AMH on early diagnosis of POF. Methods 77 patients from the hospital were divided to the following groups:Women with regular menses and normal FSH(CTL,n=22);incipient ovarian failure(IOF,n=18);transitional ovarian failure(TOF,n=19);premature ovarian failure(POF,n=18). Serum AMH was measured by automated immunoassay systems from Beckman. Results Compared to CTL,the serum level of IOF,TOF and POF were all significantly decreased. The level of AMH was highly associated with the development of POF(CTL>IOF>TOF>POF). In addition,in CTL,IOF and TOF groups,the older the age,the lower the AMH level. Conclusions Serum AMH level in women may be used as a clinical index for early diagnosis of premature ovarian failure. The diagnosis should be made before complete menopause and early treatment should be given in time.
