基于RHINO-FLAC3D的采空区稳定性分析及治理方案选择 被引量:22

摘要 在现场野外地质调查、采空区空间分布状态实测、室内岩体力学试验及力学参数工程化处理的基础上,利用RHINO-FLAC^3D耦合技术建立了采空区的三维数值计算模型,对西华山钨矿的空区稳定性进行了分析,针对采空区有可能再次发生地面塌陷的不稳定状态,优选出了"在垂直方向自100~101,108~110勘探线进行充填形成2个连续垂直隔墙,然后C15砼充填270~290中段及378中段至地表的采空区形成水平隔板,并辅以W7气泡混凝土封堵空区两端"的空区治理方案。空区经该方案治理后,其稳定性达到了预期效果。 Based on the field geological survey,measurement of spatial distribution of goaf,laboratory rock mechanics tests,as well as engineering treatment of mechanical parameters,a three-dimensional numerical calculation model of goaf was established by RHINO-FLAC3D coupling technology,and the stability of goaf in Xihuashan Tungsten Mine was analyzed.Aimed at the unstable state that the ground collapse may occur again,the treatment scheme was proposed.In this scheme,the C15 concrete was used to fill the goaf in 100~101 exploration line and 108~110 exploration line in the vertical direction,so as to form 2 continuous vertical partition walls.Then the C15 concrete was used to fill the goaf in 270~290 level and 378 level to surface for forming horizontal partitions.Finally the W7 bubble concrete was used to seal the two ends of goaf.The stability of the goaf achieved the expected results after goaf treatment.
