有色金属尾矿资源化利用合成ZSM-5分子筛功能材料 被引量:8

摘要 有色金属尾矿的有效处置为当今矿山环境关注的重点。分别以3种含硅金属尾矿为原料,利用一种混合导向法均合成出高结晶度及纯度的ZSM-5分子筛产物。各种尾矿中硅元素的利用率均在55%以上,3种尾矿所制备催化材料具有良好的催化活性,以锡矿尾矿所合成的催化材料对酸浸矿料液中的重金属元素具有较好的吸附性能。因此有色金属尾矿可以用来制备性能良好的催化材料,从而有效降低ZSM-5分子筛的生产成本,实现有色金属尾矿的资源化、减量化及绿色化利用。 The effective disposal of nonferrous metal tailings is the focus of mine environment today.Taking three different metal tailings containing silicon as raw materials,a high crystallinity and purity ZSM-5 product could be respectively synthesized by a mixed-guide method.The utilization of silicon in various kinds of metal tailings was over 55%,and the catalytic material obtained from three different tailings had a good catalytic performance.Meanwhile,the catalytic material made from tin tailings had a better adsorption performance to the heavy metal ions in acid tin tailings liquid.Therefore,the nonferrous metal tailings can be used to produce catalytic material,which can effectively reduce the production cost of ZSM-5,and achieve the resource utilization,reduction and greenization of nonferrous metal tailings.
