摘要
目的初步探讨3D扫描技术在海绵体内血管活性药物注射试验(ICI)诊断勃起功能障碍中的作用。方法对我院男科门诊行ICI的患者,在检查过程中通过手持式3D扫描仪进行阴茎的3D扫描,收集患者药物注射前后阴茎形态学的数据并与ICI结果进行相关性分析。结果通过3D扫描测量,患者在ICI诱发阴茎勃起后,阴茎长度增加(42.07±11.55)cm,阴茎根部直径增加(7.29±5.44)cm,阴茎根部周长增加(25.21±15.71)cm,阴茎头部直径增加(5.56±3.67)cm,阴茎头部周长增加(17.99±14.22)cm,角度增加(41.60±32.60)°。患者通过3D扫描所测量的勃起角度与肉眼估计的角度范围一致,但更精确。不同硬度分级组之间只有勃起前后角度(3D)差值和勃起后角度(ICI)的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论3D扫描可以为ICI提供丰富的有关阴茎勃起前后大小和角度的定量信息。
Objective To explore the role of 3D scanning combining with intracavemous vascular active drugs injection (ICI)in the diagnosis of erectile dysfunction. Methods A 3D scanning of the penis was performed by hand-held 3D scanners in the diagnosis of erectile dysfunction combining with ICI at the Outpatient Department of Andrology. The data of penile morphology before and after drug injection was collected and the correlation with ICI results was analized. Results The length of the penis was increased by 42.07±11.55 cm, the diameter, perimeter of the base and the diameter, perimeter of the head were increased by 7.29±5.44 cm, 25.21±15.71 cm, 5.56±3.67 cm, 17.99±14.22 cm, respectively, angle and the diameter, perimeter of the head increased by41.60±32.60°. The angle of erection measured by 3D scanning was consistent with that of the naked eye. Only the differences in angle (3D) enhance before and after erection and angle of erection (ICI) among different hardness degree groups were statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion 3D Scans combining with ICI can provide quantitative information about the size and angle of the penis before and after erection.
