“所有制中性”不是中国特色社会主义理论的重要观点

“Ownership Neutrality” is not An Element of the Economics of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

中国特色社会主义理论没有“所有制中性”的观点,“两个毫不动摇”不可能是“所有制中性”观点的理论依据,新时代社会主义市场经济的发展要求也不是“所有制中性”观点的实践依据。为“所有制中性”论辩护的论证是不符合事实的,也是错误的,指出“所有制中性”论违反中华人民共和国宪法没有杜撰一个所谓“违宪罪”。

The economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics does not include an emphasis on “Ownership Neutrality”. The“Two Unwavering”,which commits to supporting the development of both stateowned and private sectors,can not be interpreted as a theoretical basis for“Ownership Neutrality”. The recent development of socialist market economy is not a basis for“Ownership Neutrality”in practice as well. Such defence for the“Ownership Neutrality”argument is inconsistent with evidence and is wrong. Pointing out that “Ownership Neutrality”contradicts with the constitution of People’s Republic of China is not fabricating a so-called“unconstitutional crime”.
