摘要
论文将非期望产出纳入投入产出指标体系,运用超效率DEA方法测算2015年西部地区11个省份的全要素能源效率。在对各省份产业结构高级度和产业结构合理度测度与分析的基础上,采用耦合协调度模型分析了2015年西部地区11个省份能源效率与产业结构空间特征及耦合协调关系。研究结果表明:西部地区能源效率与产业结构关系较为密切;实现产业结构合理化能够提高西部地区整体的能源效率;实现产业结构高级化是提高贵州和青海两省能源效率的有效途径。
The article incorporated the non-expected output into the input-output index system and calculated total Victor energy efficiency of 11 provinces in western China in 2015 based on super-efficiency DEA method. After measuring and analyzing the optimization and rationalization degree of industrial structure of each province, the article analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics and coupling and coordination relationship between energy efficiency and industrial structure of 11 provinces in western China in 2015 based on the coupling and coordination degree model. The results are as follows: there is a close relationship between energy efficiency and industrial structure in western China. Realizing the rationalization of industrial structure is conducive to improving the overall energy efficiency in western China. Realizing the optimization of industrial structure is an effective way to improve energy efficiency of Guizhou and Qinghai.
