帕金森病与便秘

Research progress in Parkinson’s disease and constipation

帕金森病是以多种运动症状和非运动症状为特点的神经系统变性疾病。便秘为帕金森病常见的非运动症状。便秘可发生在帕金森病的早期,也可在帕金森病典型运动症状前出现。便秘影响帕金森病患者的生活质量。目前,帕金森病与便秘的相关性及机制尚不清楚,众多研究探讨了其有效的治疗方法。文章对最近帕金森病与便秘的相关性,帕金森病便秘机制及治疗的研究进行了综述。

Pakinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by a variaty of motor and nonmotor symptoms. Constipation is a common non-motor symptom of PD.Constipation can occur in early PD or before typical motor symptoms of Pakinsons disease.Constipation affects the life quality of patients with PD.At present, the correlation and mechanism of constipation in patients with PD are not clear, and many studies have discussed its effective treatment.In this review, we summarize current researches in correlation, mechanism and treatment of constipation in PD.
