Pain of Parkinson′s disease

帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一种常见的神经系统退行性疾病,越来越多的证据表明,疼痛是帕金森病的一种常见的非运动症状,也是造成患者失能、影响患者生活质量的重要因素。文章就目前关于PD疼痛的产生机制、分类、临床表现和治疗的研究进展做一综述。

Parkinsons disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder. More and more studies have shown that pain is one of the most prevalent non-motor symptoms in the PD. In addition, pain is one of the most common causes of disability with significant impact on quality of life of patients with PD. This article reviews current researches on the pathophysiological mechanisms of pain in PD, as well as classification, manifestations and treatment procedures.
