马奶酒的酿造与哈萨克族“克模孜毕”传统文化的研究

“克模孜毕”(马奶酒舞)就是通过模拟制作马奶酒的劳作过程来表达哈萨克族人对丰收的渴望,依照弗雷泽使用的“顺势巫术”的论述,只要精细地模拟制作马奶酒的劳作过程就可以丰收马奶酒。哈萨克族游牧民俗中的马奶酒酿造作为一个特殊的文化标志保存在克模孜毕舞蹈艺术中,克模孜毕的风格韵味,体现着哈萨克族游牧民俗的特点,看一个舞蹈,了解一个民族,必须了解其生活方式。本文就哈萨克族的马奶酒酿造和克模孜毕舞蹈艺术进行研究分析。

Kumiss dance reflects Kumiss-making process and expresses the Kazakhs’thirst for harvest.According to Fraser’s“homoeopathic witchcraft”theory,the Kazakhs believe that the fine simulation of Kumiss-making process could harvest Kumiss.Kumiss dance could reflect the nomad features of the Kazakhs.In this paper,the production of Kumiss and Kumiss dance of the Kazakhs were introduced in details.YUE Yang(Trans.)
