摘要
面向新时代,高校教师教学发展工作的重要性越发明显,很多高校陆续建立起教师发展中心。但由于教学学术理念、教师评价制度、运行机制、队伍建设等方面的原因,使得教师发展中心的建设面临着很多挑战。北京交通大学教师发展中心经过近年来的探索和实践,通过加强顶层设计、建立教学促进师队伍、开展教学社群活动等途径,在教师教学发展工作上形成了一些有益的经验和模式。本文将对以上这些问题进行阐述。
Facing the new era, the importance of the faculty teaching capacity development in universities has become more and more obvious. Many colleges and universities have established faculty development centers to implement these important tasks. However, due to the innovation of academic concept in teaching, teacher evaluation system, operation mechanism, team building and many other reasons, the construction of faculty development center faces many challenges. After years of exploration and practice, the Center for Faculty Development of Beijing Jiaotong University has formed some useful experiences and models in the faculty development through strengthening the top-level design, establishing a team of teaching facilitators, and conducting teachers’ community activities. This article will elaborate on these issues.
