摘要
城乡教师数量、质量存在巨大差距,农村教师吸引、留任困难等一系列问题,已成为阻碍包括我国在内的世界多国农村教育发展的共性问题。美国、澳大利亚、印度三国拥有丰富的农村教师队伍建设经验,分析总结其教师招募与保留政策经验,可为我国农村教师政策的制订提供参考,并对当前保障我国农村教师队伍稳定具有重要的借鉴意义。
A series of problems, such as the huge gap in the number and quality of teachers between urban and rural areas, and the difficulty of attracting and retaining rural teachers in rural areas, have become a common problem hindering the development of rural education in many countries in the world, including our country. The United States, Australia and India have rich experience in the construction of rural teachers. The analysis and summary of their experiences in teacher recruitment and retention policies can provide a reference for the inadequacies of China's rural teacher policies. It has important reference significance of ensuring the stability of rural teachers in our country today.
