美国“国家年度教师”的优秀特征与制度反思

摘要 美国“国家年度教师”评选是美国历史上最悠久、最负盛名和最有影响力的优秀教师评选活动。了解美国年度教师的选拔过程,深入了解美国“国家年度教师”奖项,并通过对2009—2018年度十位国家年度教师的研究发现,这些教师的共同特点是:热爱教育、尊重学生、反思教学等。他们高度的职业认同感、强烈的职业仁爱心以及丰富的职业创造力是令人钦佩的关键特质。中国可以借鉴美国“国家年度教师”的荣誉制度,完善自身教师荣誉机制,发挥教师的示范作用,稳定教师坚守一线岗位,激励中国教师群体获得更好的发展。 The national teacher of the year is the oldest, most prestigious and most influential teacher of the year in the United States. Understand the selection process of teacher of the year in the United States, have an in-depth understanding of the "national teacher of the year" award in the United States, and through the study of the ten national teachers of the year from 2009 to 2018, it is found that the common characteristics of these teachers are: love of education, respect for students, reflection on teaching, etc. Their high professional identity, strong professional benevolence and rich professional creativity are the key qualities to be admired. China can learn from the "national teacher of the year" honor system of the United States, improve its own honor mechanism for teachers, give play to the exemplary role of teachers, stabilize teachers to stick to the front-line posts, and encourage Chinese teachers to achieve better development.
