既有城镇建筑在长期的运维过程中,结构的损伤累积和抗力衰减都将带来极大的安全隐患,结构的健康监测意义重大。基于课题项目新研发的综合监测管控平台,以某大厦的结构健康监测项目为依托,就建筑的主体结构和维护结构的具体监测内容进行研究,根据监测内容选定监测方法及监测设备,确定监测点布置,对既有城乡建筑结构健康监测的具体实施方案进行了分析。

In the course of long-term operation and maintenance of the existing urban buildings,the cumulative damage and resistance attenuation of the structure will bring great security risks,and the health monitoring of the structure is of great significance. Based on the structural health monitoring project of a building,with the support of the comprehensive monitoring and control platform based on the new research and development of the project,the specific monitoring contents of the main structure and maintenance structure of the building are studied. The monitoring method and monitoring equipment are selected according to the monitoring contents,and the monitoring point distribution is determined,and the structure health of both urban and rural buildings is discussed. The specific implementation plan for the structure health monitoring of the existing urban and rural building is analyzed in order to provide reference for similar monitoring projects to make monitoring plans.
