一种漏斗式多功能尿路结石收集器的设计和应用报告 被引量:1

Design and application report of a funnel-type multifunctional urinary stone collector

摘要 目的设计一种操作简单,使用方便、卫生,结石收集满意的漏斗式多功能结石收集器,以提高尿路结石患者结石送检率。方法研制漏斗式多功能尿路结石收集器,并进行临床应用。选取本院泌尿外科2018年6月至1 2月收治的146例泌尿系结石手术患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各7 3例,对两组结石收集量、收集时间、结石分析送检率、医务人员及家属满意度、尿液污染的发生率进行比较,以评价应用效果。结果①技术特点:该收集器多功能一体化,集漏斗和收集筒于一体,把手、漏斗与延伸翼一体成型,夹座、过滤网与收集筒一体成型;漏斗与收集筒可相互拆卸,盖上漏斗盖后漏斗即可做盛尿器具使用,漏斗两侧设有延伸翼,可架放于污物桶上收集术中引流冲洗液标本;收集筒的两侧设有夹座,可直接将收集筒夹于引流袋出口以收集结石标本,盖上筒盖后收集筒可直接用于送检标本;②实验组结石收集量、结石分析送检率及医护和家属满意度均明显髙于对照组(P<0.05),尿液污染的发生率及结石收集时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论漏斗式多功能结石收集器设计合理,一器多用,使用方便卫生,结石收集快捷,简单,收集满意。适应于所有尿路结石患者结石标本的收集,可提高尿路结石患者结石标本的送检率。 Objective To design a funnel - type multifunctional stone collector with simple operation, convenient use, sanitation and satisfactory stone collection, so as to improve the rate of stone examination in patients with urinary calculi. Methods The funnel type multifunctional urinary stone collector was developed and applied in clinic. From June 2018 to December, 146 cases of urinary calculi surgery patients were selected in our hospital, all patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group with 73 cases. Collection time, stones analysis and satisfaction rate, the medical personnel and their families, the incidence of urine pollution between the two groups were compared, and the efficacy of the application was evaluated. Results (1)Technical features: the collector was multi-functional and integrated, integrating funnel and collecting cylinder. The handle, funnel and extended wing were formed in one, and the holder, filter and collecting cylinder were formed in one. The funnel and collection tube could be disassembled, and the funnel could be used as a urine container after the lid was closed. The two sides of the funnel were provided with extended wings, which could be placed on the dirt bucket to collect intraoperative drainage and flushing liquid samples. Clamps were set on both sides of the collection tube, which could be directly clamped at the exit of the drainage bag to collect stone specimens. After the cover was closed, the collection tube could be directly used for sending specimens for inspection.(2) The number of stone collection, the rate of stone analysis submission and the satisfaction of medical care and family members in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ), and the incidence of urine contamination and the time of stone collection were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The funnel-type multifunctional stone collector is reasonable in design, multi - purpose, convenient and sanitary in use, convenient, simple and satisfactory in collecting stones. It is suitable for the collection of stone specimens in all patients with urinary calculi and can improve the rate of examination of stone specimens in patients with urinary calculi.
