摘要 针对装出料机的应用工况研究了其夹持机构应满足的条件,明确了钳臂输出夹持力大小恒定的必要性,分析了结构参数对传力比及夹持装置的影响,并结合两种夹持方式的结构特点,确定了夹持机构的设计方案。根据材料摩擦系数随温度变化的趋势,分析了钳爪采用凸齿结构的合理性,明确了采用灰铸铁作为钳爪的材料。研究了装出料机夹持机构结构参数的设计思路,阐述了钳臂输出夹持力大小恒定的设计方法。依照装出料机夹持机构的研究思路,通过理论计算30kN装出料机的夹持装置,验证了研究成果的可行性,为装出料机夹持装置的结构设计和理论研究提供了参考。 In view of the application condition of the loading and unloading machine,the conditions that the clamping mechanism should meet were studied,the necessity of constant output clamping force of clamping arm was clarified,the influences of structural parameters on the force transfer ratio and the clamping device were analyzed,and the design scheme of the clamping mechanism was determined by combining the structural characteristics of the two clamping modes. According to the trend of material friction coefficient changing with temperature,the rationality of adopting convex tooth structure for clamping claw was analyzed,and gray cast iron was defined as clamping claw material. Then,the design idea of the structural parameters of the clamping mechanism for the loading and unloading machine was studied,and the design method of the constant output clamping force for the clamping arm was described. According to the research idea of the clamping mechanism for the loading and unloading machine,the clamping device of 30 k N loading and unloading machine was calculated by the theoretical calculation,which verified the feasibility for the research results and provided a reference for the structural design and theoretical research of the clamping device for the loading and unloading machine.
